We're working with a market-leading developer on an exciting new development in High Wycombe, and we're looking for an experienced New Homes Assistant to join their busy sales team on a temporary basis. This role is to support the site through its final sales phase, with several new projects in the pipeline - offering excellent exposure and the potential for future opportunities with one of the UK's most respected housebuilders.

New Homes Sales Assistant - High Wycombe
Ongoing Temporary Contract (Approx. 6 Months)
Up to £32,000 per annum (pro rata hourly rate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and qualify potential buyers, delivering a professional and engaging customer experience.

• Conduct show home tours and present the development to the highest standard.

• Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion.

• Liaise with solicitors, financial advisors, and build teams to progress sales efficiently.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reporting.

• Support the site team with administrative duties and sales centre presentation.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in property sales or high-end retail with a strong focus on customer service.

• Confident, professional, and well-presented communicator.

• Happy to work weekends.

• Proactive and organised, with strong attention to detail.

• Motivated by results and passionate about creating an exceptional buying experience.
