Property Manager - Developer

Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum
Qualification Required: ARLA/IRPM Qualified

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Property Manager to join our property development company in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to manage properties within our development portfolio, working closely with our development team while enjoying the flexibility of hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage properties within our development portfolio from completion through to sale or rental
• Oversee the transition of newly developed properties into management
• Conduct snagging inspections and coordinate defect resolutions with the development team
• Handle tenant queries, maintenance requests, and resolve issues promptly for rental properties
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with approved contractors and warranty providers
• Ensure all new and existing properties comply with current legislation and safety regulations
• Liaise with the sales and development teams on property handovers
• Manage service charge budgets and accounts for developments with communal areas
• Maintain accurate records and financial reporting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Stay updated on changes to property legislation and industry best practices

Essential Requirements

• ARLA or IRPM qualification (mandatory)
• Proven experience in residential property management
• Experience working with developers or new build properties (desirable)
• Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation, building warranties, and defect management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Proficient in property management software and MS Office
• Full UK driving licence (desirable)
