Development Sales Executive - Twickenham

Salary: £35,000 basic + 5% bonus + £35,000 quarterly commission (£71,750 OTE)

Location: Twickenham

Hours: 10am-6pm Monday to Saturday / 11am-4pm Sunday

Working Pattern: 5 days per week | Every other weekend (2 weekends on, 2 weekends off)

About the Role

We're seeking a motivated Development Sales Executive to join our team in Twickenham, working alongside the development sales lead in this exciting sales negotiator position.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development sales lead in achieving sales targets
• Negotiate sales with prospective buyers
• Conduct viewings and showcase properties to potential customers
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Guide buyers through the sales process
• Achieve individual and team sales objectives

• Proven sales experience, ideally within property or development sales
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexibility to work alternate weekends
