About the Role

This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious lettings professional to take ownership of the entire lettings function within a thriving, independent property business specialising in Prime Central London. Operating with a broker-style approach but with the security of employment, you'll have the autonomy to build and grow an existing high-value portfolio.

Working from Belgravia, you'll manage and expand a lettings book comprising prestigious properties across PCL and beyond. As the sole Lettings Manager, you'll be the driving force behind new business and revenue growth. This isn't a team management role - this is about rolling your sleeves up, getting out there, and making things happen.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development - Proactively win new business through networking, relationship building, and market presence across Prime Central London
• Portfolio Growth - Build and expand the high-value lettings portfolio with a focus on quality instructions and sustainable revenue
• Revenue Generation - Drive lettings income through strategic pricing, negotiation, and conversion of opportunities
• Market Engagement - Be visible and active in the PCL property market, attending events and building a strong professional network
• Relationship Management - Cultivate long-term relationships with high-net-worth landlord, tenants, and industry contacts

• Proven track record in lettings with demonstrable business development success

• Natural networker with the ability to open doors and build relationships quickly
• Commercially astute with a strong focus on revenue and margins
• Hands-on approach - you're not afraid to get stuck in at every level
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Confidence working with high-value properties and discerning clientele

Advantageous:

• Experience working in Prime Central London lettings
• Established local network within the PCL property market
• Background in independent or boutique agencies
• Understanding of the nuances of high-net-worth landlord and tenant expectations

What's On Offer

• Competitive basic salary of £40,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience)
