As part of their continued growth, our client is looking to expand their on-site sales teams across their existing and upcoming developments. These are exciting opportunities for driven and customer-focused Sales Consultants and Senior Sales Consultants to join a leading name in the new homes industry.

About the Role

• Represent a highly reputable five-star house builder on-site, delivering a first-class customer journey from enquiry through to completion.
• Manage all aspects of the new homes sales process, including lead generation, viewings, negotiations, and progression of reservations.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams including marketing, customer care, and construction to ensure a seamless buyer experience.
• Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets across a diverse and high-quality portfolio.
• Expected to work both Saturdays and Sundays, with two consecutive days off during the week.

About You

• Proven New Homes Sales experience - either directly with a house builder or agency side.
• Confident selling off-plan developments and guiding customers through the full buying journey.
• Strong communicator with excellent presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ambitious, proactive, and passionate about property and delivering results.
