We're seeking a driven and professional Sales Executive to join a thriving regional team. You'll be the face of the development, guiding customers through every step of the buying journey and ensuring a seamless, enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Your role:

• Take ownership of your site and the entire sales process.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and meet ambitious sales targets.

• Follow up on leads and proactively generate new business opportunities.

• Conduct customer home demonstrations and manage aftercare touchpoints.

• Collaborate with colleagues and maintain strong local market knowledge.

About you:

• Experience within new homes or property sales is an advantage but not essential.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Motivated, professional, and passionate about helping customers find their perfect home.

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
