Sales Executive - Nuneaton, West Midlands

Location: Nuneaton, West Midlands

Salary: Up to £33,000 basic | £55,000 OTE

Working Pattern: 1 weekend off in 6

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our development in Nuneaton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who's passionate about delivering a first-class customer journey and driving sales performance within a prestigious development.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the development, presentation, and customer experience
• Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
• Promote recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure a smooth buying process
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to maintain strong local knowledge
• Undertake home demonstrations, handovers, and aftercare follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety requirements
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Proven sales experience in a target-driven environment
• Strong customer service skills and ability to self-manage effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
• Professional, enthusiastic, and results-oriented approach

Desirable:

• New Homes or property sales experience (preferred but not essential)
• Knowledge of the local property market
