Salary: Up to £33,000 basic | £55,000 OTE

Overview

A leading UK housebuilder is recruiting a Sales Executive for their development in Nuneaton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional to join a major developer and make a real impact within a growing region.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the site, managing presentation and the end-to-end sales process
• Provide a best-in-class customer experience to all purchasers
• Build rapport with prospective buyers and proactively follow up leads
• Work closely with internal teams to meet and exceed sales targets
• Conduct home tours, handovers, and ensure aftercare expectations are met
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards

Experience Required

• New Homes or property sales experience ideal but not mandatory
• Strong background in customer-facing sales roles
• Highly organised, professional, and driven to achieve targets
• Full UK driving licence and own transport required
