Senior New Homes Sales Consultant - Arundel, West Sussex
Up to £40,000 basic depending on experience + £55,000 OTE | Hours: 10-5pm, 5 days per week, weekends as required.

What you'll do:
Manage the full sales journey for new homes, from initial enquiry through to completion.
Conduct private viewings, manage the sales suite, and support marketing campaigns.
Provide a tailored, high-quality service to a premium client base.
Liaise with solicitors, estate agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Maintain accurate CRM records, report sales updates, and share buyer feedback to inform strategy.
Represent the brand at events and weekends viewings as needed.
Who we're looking for:
Proven success in new homes sales, ideally in the premium/residential property market.
Access to a car and driving license.
Confident, professional, and customer-focused with strong communication skills.
Self-motivated, commercially aware, and target-driven.
Familiarity with Kent & West Sussex property markets is a plus!
