The Role We're seeking a proactive Resident Services Manager to oversee property, tenancy, and estates management across your development. You'll be the face of the development, ensuring residents and properties are maintained to the highest standards while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities Conduct property viewings and manage full lettings cycle Bi-annual property inspections and maintenance coordination Weekly site walkovers and estates management Resident engagement, retention, and communication Compliance checks and contractor liaison Support new scheme mobilisations and handovers
What You'll Need
Experience in residential property and estates management Knowledge of lettings processes and relevant regulations
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail IT literate with property management software experience
Full UK driving licence and own car (mileage paid)
Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently
