The primary role objective of the Resident Service & Leasing Associate is to provide exemplary customer service to current and prospective residents, including a focus on renting apartments and retaining residents.
What will you do?
Conduct leasing tours with prospective residents.
Using Company approved material and procedures quote prices and lease terms
Accept applications for residency. All activities shall be conducted within regulatory and legislative requirement
Answer phones using a strong and professional greeting approved at the community
- Describe community to future residents and attempt to set an appointment with the prospect
Promote a professional and courteous attitude with residents and peers
Provide move in coordination and new home orientation support
Consistently stand and greet all Prospects and offer refreshments
Use company service requests software to properly fill out and communicate resident needs to Maintenance Manager
Respond to resident communications via email, phone calls, and voicemails
Previous customer service work or property management experience is beneficial, but not required for this entry level leasing and service associate position
Ability to communicate well with people and create an atmosphere for them to feel comfortable quickly
