We're working with a rapidly growing real estate investment and management business to hire an Assistant Credit Controller for their London team. The company has a dynamic culture, a sizeable commercial portfolio, and offers great progression for someone looking to develop in credit control.
The Role
Supporting the Senior Credit Controller across a mixed commercial portfolio (offices, hotels, HMOs), you'll handle:
* Invoice generation and rent demands
* Chasing overdue payments (phone & email)
* Tenant account reconciliation and payment allocation
* Maintaining accurate notes and reports
* Supporting arrears reporting and taking ownership of a small B2B portfolio
Hybrid working offered once probation is passed.
About You
* Some experience in credit control or accounts receivable
* Strong communication and attention to detail
* Able to manage multiple tasks confidently
* Property or hospitality exposure useful but not essential
* Yardi experience a bonus
