International Sales Manager - Residential Developer
About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic International Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive exceptional performance across our property developments. This is a key leadership position where you'll be responsible for coaching your team, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and achieving strong commercial results in a competitive global market.
As International Sales Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of sales operations on your assigned developments, from initial customer engagement through to completion. You'll be the champion of the customer journey, ensuring every buyer receives exceptional service while meeting ambitious sales and revenue targets across diverse international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance across developments, maintaining strong conversion rates and monitoring key performance indicators
- Lead, coach and develop your Sales team, managing performance and building talent pipelines
- Ensure compliance with all policies, regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Oversee the launch and implementation of new developments, including sales centres and show home presentation
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective strategies that resonate with diverse international customer segments
- Make commercial decisions to optimize both sales volume and pricing
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy
- Facilitate regular team meetings and training sessions to upskill your team
- Manage workforce planning, scheduling and recruitment
- Act as escalation point for customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction scores
- Oversee sales progression, working proactively with relevant teams to resolve challenges
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Monitor and report on sales metrics, completion rates and market trends
