Responsibilities of a this position include:

• Daily management of buyers
• Regular communication with vendors regarding the property market
• Generate and conduct viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Generate and win new business
• Sales progression
• Exceptional relationship building with clients including third parties

What you'll need:

• 4+ years Sales negotiator experience
• Track record of winning new business
• Proven track record
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients

Package:

• £30,000 Basic salary
• Car Allowance per month
• Advanced commission for 3 months
• £75,000 OTE
