The Role: Day Concierge

A varied, people-focused role where you will:
* Deliver exceptional front-of-house service.
* Build warm, long-term relationships with residents.
* Support daily operations across luxury amenities (spa, gym, cinema, restaurant, lounges).
* Assist with IT queries and general troubleshooting.
* Manage bookings, enquiries, and resident requests.
* Carry out checks to ensure safety, security, and presentation.
* Assist with valet parking (driving licence required).

What We're Looking For

We want individuals with:

* Experience in hospitality, luxury hotels, concierge, guest services, or premium customer service
* A polished, friendly, people-first approach.
* Confidence in face-to-face service.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* The desire to work in a stable, long-term luxury environment.
* Good IT awareness and a calm, professional manner.
