New Homes Sales Consultant

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 + £24,500 commission (OTE £54,500+)

About the Opportunity

Join the UK's largest property developer as a New Homes Sales Consultant on an exciting off-plan development. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced new homes professional to build a long-term career with a market-leading developer offering genuine progression opportunities.

We're looking for someone resilient and commercially savvy to join a small, collaborative 2-person sales team. This creates an excellent opportunity for a motivated salesperson to demonstrate their skills and achieve strong results.

What You'll Be Doing

• Selling off-plan new homes to primarily local buyers
• Managing customer journeys from initial enquiry through to completion
• Working collaboratively with multiple agents across the scheme
• Building strong relationships with buyers
• Hitting sales targets in a challenging but rewarding environment

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Minimum 18 months' new homes sales experience
• Proven track record in a sales environment
• Resilience and motivation to succeed on a challenging site
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Desirable:

• Local area knowledge (Berkshire/surrounding areas)
• Understanding of off-plan sales processes

Working Pattern

3-month rolling rota:
