Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of real estate developer sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals (AED 10 million+).
• Strong broker network and direct client relationships within the UAE luxury property market.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to build lasting client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Ambitious, driven, and highly motivated to succeed in a competitive luxury market
