Senior sales negotiator - Luxury New Homes


Location: South East London

Salary: £35,000 basic + commission (OTE TBC)

Contract: Full-time, 5 days per week - 2 weekends on, 2 weekends off

About the opportunity
One of London's most ambitious and enduring regeneration schemes is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join its on-site team at a prestigious riverside location in South East London.
This is a scheme with genuine longevity - a large-scale, mixed-use development that continues to evolve, offering the kind of career stability rarely found in new homes sales.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to exchange and completion
  • Delivering exceptional customer experience befitting a luxury riverside development
  • Confidently presenting and justifying a premium price point and service charge to buyers
  • Proactively generating and nurturing leads
  • Maintaining accurate records and pipeline reporting
  • Representing the development to the highest standard at all times


Requirements

  • Proven experience in new homes sales, ideally within a high-value or luxury scheme
  • Confident selling at premium price points and communicating the value of a premium product
  • Well presented, proactive and highly motivated
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Weekend availability on a rota basis (2 on, 2 off)
