We're working exclusively with a highly regarded conveyancing law firm in Cheltenham to find a Business Development Executive - and candidates with an estate agency background are going to stand out.

You already understand the property market, you know how to build relationships with agents, and you're comfortable having high-volume conversations with clients. That's exactly what our client is looking for.

What the role involves

  • Building and nurturing relationships with estate agents
  • Converting enquiries and completing quotes
  • Attending networking events and organising agent events
  • Being a trusted first point of contact for prospective clients

What you'll need

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, proactive attitude
  • Confidence managing a high volume of calls
  • Full, clean UK driving licence (required)
  • Sales or business development experience (preferred)
