Where possible, we travel to every site we work with in order to give our consultants sufficient knowledge of the specific challenges to suitably vet candidates. In addition, our temporary and contracts team are able to absolve employers of all HR, payroll and legal obligations, and will deal with these compliantly on their behalf.
With a degree in Sports Science and a stint as a full-time athlete, Laura wanted to diversify and pursue a career in the property industry. After meeting the Deverell Smith team, Laura made the transition from Sales Negotiator in an independent Estate agency to Property Recruitment, working within the New Homes team. Outside of the recruitment world, Laura travels the country competing in National League Netball, floating around North London restaurants or watching anxiously on as Arsenal choke again.
Prunella previously worked for Deverell Smith for three and a half years from 2010 in business support recruitment before joining Savills in 2013 as an onsite new homes sales negotiator. During her time at Savills, Prunella worked on The Eagle with Mount Anvil and more recently at Capital and Counties Lillie Square, phase one of the Earls Court Master Plan.
Prunella was very excited to re-join Deverell Smith in March 2017 to head up the Temporary New Homes Desk. Her joining comes at a pinnacle time in the market as we are seeing significant growth in temporary and contract employment within New Homes across the Capital. Her knowledge of both the new homes and recruitment sector can provide strong market knowledge to really add value to our clients, candidates and our team.
Georgia completed her Professional Diploma at Quest Professional before joining Deverell Smith. Due to her strong interest in property, particularly property development she joined the New Homes team at Deverell Smith. In her spare time she enjoys shopping and exploring the exciting bars and restaurants around London and Surrey.
With a Masters degree in Commercial Property, Censa returned from Sheffield University to join Deverell Smith in 2012. She has been an instrumental addition to our New Homes desk where she specialises in the placement of Consultants through to Managing Directors within the Residential Development sector. As Head of New Homes, she is also responsible for developing business and has established strong relationships with some of London’s largest developers and consultancies. Censa is a very keen traveller; you can often find her hiking glaciers, searching architectural wonders and has gained an exceptional knowledge of many bars and restaurants en route!
Georgia Zambakides was recommended to me by an ex manager who deals with her periodically. From our first contact I found her to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. Unfortunately everyone is always very quick to comment with bad feedback so I thought I would take some time to tell you what a great job Censa did. The company was recommended to me by an old colleague and friend and his recommendation did not fall short of expectation. I found Censa extremely positive at all times and incredibly supportive, which I can assure you was needed at times.
