Predominantly based within a sales & marketing suite overseeing the off-plan sales of new build developments, the main aim of a new home negotiator is to qualify potential buyers, assist purchasers and hand hold them through the sales process typically up to the point of exchange.

You will typically be provided with various marketing material including miniature development models, floor plans and show suites to sell and advise clients on their purchase. Depending on the site and developer you might also be expected to offer support to the purchasers when deciding choices of fixtures and fittings.
