We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join an award-winning Real Estate Developer, based in the West End.

This is a well-known brand who are very successful in the market. We are searching for a well presented, efficient and loyal Administrator/Team Assistant to join the business as soon as possible.

Salary: Up to £25,000 p/a

Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with high-profile Customers of the business, in a professional and courteous way.
  • Keeping appointment trackers, fee budgets and purchase orders (PO’s) up to date.
  • Processing invoices and the upkeep of insurance certificates for consultants.
  • Covering reception duties when required, including lunch breaks and illness.
  • Collating and formatting information for reports as required.
  • General ad hoc tasks including ordering essential office equipment such as toner, business cards, letterheads as well as processing documents such as holiday forms.
  • Assisting meetings held in the office – setting up laptops and technical equip prior to arranging refreshments, breakfasts, lunch and clearing up afterwards.

To be successful in this position, you will need to be extremely well organised, hardworking, friendly and confident. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise with people of all levels.
