The Facilities team here at Deverell Smith are working on a fantastic opportunity for any driven, self-motivated candidates who what want to build a successful career in operations management.

The role is a fantastic opportunity to work for a large international managing agent as an assistant estate and operation manager for a large trophy estate in central London. The site is a mix use of commercial, retail, leisure & residential and surrounded by some of London’s iconic landmarks.

The purpose of the role will be to support the Estate services and operation manager in the execution and delivery of the estates services. The estate operations manager is looking for a candidate who is driven and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail, has an ability to work on their own or a part of a large team and want to grab an opportunity to learn and grow within the industry

The successful candidate duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Provide support to the estate service and operations manager in all aspects of the estate
  • Conduct regular audits of all areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation throughout.
  • Manage the helpdesk and permit system
  • Support the marketing team
  • Health & safety procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Liaising with various outside parties

  • IOSH qualified
  • Experience in managing sub-contractors
  • Raising and reviewing work permits
  • Some service charge budget experience
  • Financially & commercially aware
