The position requires someone who has had pre-launch strategy experience, been involved in all the unit specification, pricing and can bring a development through to sale. Also to be involved in all the sales and marketing for the delivery of the development.
Extensive London Residential Development/Agency or New Homes experience is essential.
Responsible for the Sales & Marketing strategy for various schemes throughout London.
