Associate Director

This is an opportunity to work for one of the most prestigious developers who have some of Europe’s largest schemes. Our client is looking to hire a highly experienced senior property professional to join their successful company.

The position requires someone who has had pre-launch strategy experience, been involved in all the unit specification, pricing and can bring a development through to sale. Also to be involved in all the sales and marketing for the delivery of the development.

Extensive London Residential Development/Agency or New Homes experience is essential.

Role

Responsible for the Sales & Marketing strategy for various schemes throughout London.

  • Involved from inception through to delivery
  • Scheme optimization; unit-mix, specification, launches
  • Scheme pricing
  • International launching
  • Account management
  • Relationship building with various developers throughout the industry
  • Budget forecasting
