This is an opportunity to work within a forward thinking residential developer, who is looking to hire an Associate Director to run the very successful Sales & Marketing team. This is an opportunity to oversee all pre-launch strategy and scheme optimisation for a number of schemes within highly desirable areas through London.
This position requires experience in bringing developments successfully through to sale, with responsibility of all sales & marketing strategy; unit-mix, specification, pricing, etc.
Subsequently, extensive experience within residential development consultancy/ new build consultancy within London is essential.
