A privately owned residential property investor and developer have a site in Hertfordshire where they are building 13 residential units for sale and require a Construction Project Manager to deliver their scheme on time and budget. The company have a strong pipe line and are set to deliver over 200 units between now and 2020 and are building a team to help them build their residential properties.
With the planning application complete they are due to start on site very soon and want a strong character to oversee the sub contractors, external consultants, planners, surveyors and architects.
Project Manager requirements:
Degree level of education in either Project Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar.
Practical on site experience
Exposure to residential developments
Help with site set up
Manage sub contractors and ensure that they are working to the programme
Re write the program where required
Assist with the ongoing needs of the trades and labour

You shall be able to learn and develop your understanding of property development, from the initial acquisition, feasibility, planning and delivery all the way through to the end sale.
Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 plus annual bonus.
