We are currently working with a leading international property group on an exciting position in the Co-Working space. As Community Manager you will be the first point of contact for all members, new customers and stakeholders. You will be involved in organising events and activities within the co-working space, and helping provide impeccable customer service.


Community Management:

  • Oversee the day to day running of the space and community activities
  • Working alongside the Centre manager in creating the event schedule
  • Liaising with external providers
  • Ensuring each member receives excellent service and valued as an individual

Sales Management:

  • Attending industry events
  • Participating in marketing outreach activities
  • Be an ambassador for the brand
  • Deliver viewings to potential customers and conducting onboarding inductions

Space Management:

  • Ensuring all meeting rooms are tidy, safe and welcoming
  • Facilitating catering orders and meeting room requests
  • Duty manage externally booked events
  • Understand Health and Safety and Security procedures
  • Communicating maintenance requests appropriately
  • Completing audits of the space

Customer Management:

  • Acting as concierge to all requests and managing promptly
  • Liaising with relevant staff to respond to client queries
  • Local area knowledge


  • GCSE’s or above in event, business or customer service is essential
  • At least 1 year experience in customer service
  • Experience in working with minimum supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Excellent telephone communication skills

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
