We are working with a private house builder who produce high quality, bespoke homes to the home counties. They are currently looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee sites in the northern home counties and help absorb the regional growth of the business.

With the planned expansion of the division this is the perfect opportunity to become a Construction Director withing a couple of years.

Suitable candidates would have experience working with similar organisations as a contracts or construction manager, though if you are a talented Site Manager ready to step up, please get in touch

Responsibilities:

  • Visiting sites, liaising with different departments and managing the process to ensure a smooth operation
  • Responsible for effectively managing the construction function.
  • Ensuring best practices are followed
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality.
  • Working closely with the Construction Director
  • Manage the Construction team to provide a quality product efficiently, professionally and safely within set budgets.
