Our client are seeking an expert in hotel development and need a Project Manager to run a single development from their Essex office. Due to their exceptional track record with their international hotelier they have secured the construction of another hotel.
The company provide new build, refurbishment and fit out to a number of key clients, across London and the South East, where they provide the cost, design and complete build, including demolition, when required. This Project Manager position shall give the right person the opportunity to take a more autonomous role and be apart of the senior management team who deliver and win new work.
Project Manager requirements:
Relevant qualifications to perform the PM job role, ideally Degree educated in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management or similarUnderstand JCT contractsAdvise on procurement strategy for sub contractorsManage on site Site Managers and trades people.Allocate work for sub-contractorsMonthly financial and program reports to the Managing DirectorUnderstand H&SUpdate clients when requiredHave worked on and delivered Residential properties in the UKConfident to meet with and report to the clientOpen minded to new methodology

Salary is between £50,000 – £60,000 with healthy benefits and bonus
