Are you looking for a new challenge within one of the property industry’s biggest players?

I have a rare position available for a Corporate Receptionist based by Chelsea Harbour (Imperial Wharf) for a luxury property developer. I am looking for an experienced and professional individual to join this team and act as the first point of contact for the company. It is imperative that you are well-presented, enthusiastic and have an understand of corporate reception roles.

This is a permanent role and the hours are 8:00am – 5:30pm.

This role would be ideal for someone who has corporate or luxury reception background and is familiar with this style of environment.

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000
Hours: 8:00am – 5:30pm
Location: Imperial Wharf

Key responsibilities:

  • Welcoming all visitors and guests in the appropriate manner at all times
  • Training of other secretaries and receptionists
  • Office management duties such as ordering supplies, organising repairs and placing orders.
  • Organising taxis and couriers throughout the day
  • Facilitate the booking of meeting rooms.
  • Ensuring the Reception area is kept immaculate at all times
