One of London’s most renowned Housing Associations is seeking a CRM Sales Executive to be based in their thriving Ealing head office. This is an incredible opportunity to work within the affordable housing sector and will require you to be able to handle a high volume of sales.
To join the vibrant, award winning establishment, you will be a self-motivated individual with exceptional verbal and written communication skills who thrives under pressure.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering and logging all communications in accordance with company policies.
  • Keep customers updated at all times.
  • Understanding of the sales process.
  • Sell properties over the phone and conduct viewings.
  • Call through a list of buyers both from a database and sourcing.
  • Hit and exceed all given targets.
  • Maintain a professional attitude at all times.
  • Taking enquiries and following up potential leads.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clientele throughout the process up to exchange.

Role Requirements and Benefits:

  • The successful candidate will have previous Shared Ownership experience.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
  • Available to work Monday to Friday.
  • On-going contract.
