I have a great role in Horsham for an engaging and experienced customer service professional. This is a full time temporary position. You will be working for one of the largest and oldest housing associations in the UK, acting as point of contact for customers, ensuring they feel supported.

Start date: ASAP
Hourly rate: £11.53

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, web chat and email
  • Resolve customer dissatisfaction
  • Manage all customer debt including current arrears, former tenant arrears and sundry debts, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practice.
  • General administration duties

Required Attributes and Experience

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Be highly organised
  • Computer literate (confident using Word, Excel etc)
  • Up to date on industry knowledge, relevant legislation and good practice
  • Working in a busy environment, under pressure
  • Prioritise workload and use initiative
  • Be positive and work well in a team

This role is starting ASAP, so you must be available to start work immediately and be able to commit for the entirety of the role (end of March).
