Customer Care Administraitor

Overview

I am currently working for a high end, prime real estate developer looking for a intelligent individual to join their Customer Care team. This fantastic opportunity is based in the West End in stunning offices. You will be supporting both Customer Care Managers as well as a small team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to get into a role with luxurious brand.

You must have 1 years experience in an administration capacity and understand the luxury industry. A knowledge of New Homes is also desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Transferring data using the CRM
  • Making and creating customer service packs
  • Deposits
  • Assisting with customer events
  • Enhance customer experience
  • preparing legal packs
  • Home demonstrations

Must haves:

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Excellent Microsoft skills
  • Excellent presentation skills which would suit a Sales and Marketing environment.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Ability to prioritise and be flexible
