I am currently looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join a very well known regeneration scheme in prime central London.

As a Customer Care Coordinator you will be expected to coordinate all required works with the Customers, Customer Service Managers and subcontractors ensuring that all defects are dealt with by the appropriate personnel.

You will be required to professionally receive service requests from customers and carry out or coordinate any required action to efficiently and effectively resolve any issues in a timely manner (ensuring that the Defect Management System is kept updated) whilst promoting the company values.

The responsibilities Of a Customer Care Coordinator –

  • Answer all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Log all incoming and outgoing communications on the defect management system.
  • Identify issues which can be resolved over the phone and talk the customers through the next steps.
  • Coordinate all required works with the Customers, Customer Service Managers and subcontractors ensuring that all defects are dealt with by the appropriate personnel (including sending defect notifications, following up and maintaining the defect management system.
  • Provide administrative support for the Department, such as, handling and responding to all customer correspondence, collate site/sales paperwork, filing.
  • Carry out feedback calls regularly to all customers to gauge and ensure satisfaction levels.
  • Chase-up outstanding defects daily and maintain the defect management system.
  • From time to time as required by the business, provide support to the sales team on site.
  • Support the department to ensure any issues that arise are effectively and efficiently dealt with.
  • Update weekly reports and distribute to relevant personnel
  • Uses internal systems effectively and follows internal processes as required.

The Qualifications and skills of Customer Care Coordinator –

  • Have 1 years experience working for a private house builder in a similar role.
  • Be able to work effectively under pressure and in a fast paced environment.
  • Be a strong team player
  • Be self – motivated and organized with exceptional time management skills
  • Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with MS Office programs and a good standard of written English.
  • Lateral / innovative thinker / problem-solver.
  • Have excellent time management skills.
