Customer Service Officer
I am currently working with a large Housing Association who are seeking a Customer Service Officer to cover the South London patch. This is a real customer facing role, and the CSO is crucial as the organisation are changing the way they work with their customers and how they deliver their service. My client is seeking individuals who understand the importance of engaging with all customers and recognise views and needs.
The ideal candidate will need to have experience of researching customer needs and engaging with a diverse group of customers. Delivering and overseeing initiatives that engage customers in making a huge difference in their neighbourhoods and services including focus groups, door knocks and also mystery shopping.
