Customer Service Co-Ordinator – North London

We’re looking to recruit a Customer Service Co-Ordinator for our client based in North London. Our client is well-known within the industry and they can provide fantastic training and opportunity for progression. The reason this role has come on is due to an internal promotion as my client always promotes internally first before going to recruiters. This Customer Service Co-Ordinator will be supporting the Customer Service team with the management of admin and day to day tasks for the department.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and issue regular customer correspondence e.g. welcome letters, completion date communication letters, update letters, home demonstration visits and orientation visit letters
  • Registering appliances, recording and submitting meter readings on completion
  • Maintain plot files to ensure completeness of records for each plot purchase
  • Maintain planning trackers and intended serve notice dates
  • Maintain planning trackers for home demonstration visits, orientation visits and handovers
  • Assist as required with maintaining and updating MyHome+ and accompanying documents such as Living Guides, newsletters and Planning to Move Guides
  • Support CSM in performing their role, as required, improve processes and effectiveness of the Customer Service department
  • Assist with monthly Customer Service dashboard data collection

The ideal Customer Service Co-Ordinator will be:

  • At least 6 months to 1-year experience within this role or a similar field
  • Advanced IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook

This role offers a salary of £24,000 – £26,000, based on experience.
