Key Duties include but not limited to:

  • Serving as the first point of contact within the Customer service team for all customers, agents and contractors
  • Coordinate remedial works;
  • Record thoroughly all actions and conversations on the company’s internal database;
  • Liaise with residents, arranging access, update on issues;
  • Works closely with third party suppliers / in-house departments (concierge, leasing) to ensure customer’s needs are met at all times;
  • Supporting the Property Manager with pre-opening snagging checks to all apartments, communal and Back of House areas in a timely manner
  • Supporting Property Manager in dealing with all special requests from customers related to apartment furniture moves / swaps / defects and log appropriately
  • Assist with administrative and ad hoc tasks.
  • At all times deliver a consistent first class customer service and strive with always seeking opportunities to stand out from the competition and ensuring all customers feel cared for, valued and respected;
  • Undertake IT training as required to ensure full and proper use of the available technology

To be considered for the role, you must have:

  • Previous experience within a similar position;
  • High standard of written and spoken English
  • Concise record keeping and time management
  • Proven customer service skills
  • React to situations in a calm and professional manner
  • Team player – and confident in raising and discussing customer queries within the team;
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail;
  • Proactive attitude, happy liaising with customers and contractors on the phone;
  • Proficient IT skills;
  • Ability to adapt to evolving processes and adopt new procedures;

The role is based in North West London and salary up to £30,000 for the right candidate – dependent on experience.
