Fantastic opportunity to work as a client side development surveyor for a large non for profit organisation with an enviable property portfolio.
You’ll be working across 3 main property portfolios initially, including 2 in London and one on the outskirts of London which is their agricultural portfolio. The sites are up to 90 acres and are in need of huge redevelopment to generate profit to reinvest back in the organisation.
The ideal candidate will be from a private, commercially bias background who had strong analytic and numbers skills, and who is very comfortable with running feasibility studies and the early stages of development. MRICS qualified would be great but not essential.
This would suit development surveyor, front end project manager or someone from a planning / architectural background.
