Do you have previous experience working within luxury residential or 5* hospitality and are available for work immediately?

Our client, who are a luxury residential building calling themselves a modern masterpiece, are looking for a temporary Duty Manager. This role is to start immediately on a temp basis but does have potential to lead on to permanent opportunities.

As the building operates 24/7 their will be day and night shifts required, working hours being 9am to 9pm or 9pm or 9am. The pay rate for this role is £14 per hour, equivalent to £30,000 as an annual salary.

The idea candidate for this potion;

  • Must have experience working within luxury residential or 5* hospitality
  • The post-holder is expected to be very well organised with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • The ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and external parties at all levels to achieve a positive environment.
  • The ability to identify new ideas and areas of improvements that can contribute to the business in a positive way or improve personal performance.

Duties for this role include (but are not limited to):

  • To be a main point of contact, be responsible for quality customer service for residents and guests, handling day-to-day matters in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Given the circumstances of the role, decision-making and problem-solving in the absence of General Manager will be required.
  • To oversee / carry out security inspections and operations as required.
  • To assist in the required onsite duties and provide excellent concierge services as prescribed by the General Manager / Property Manager.
  • To conduct the required health and safety inspections and activities to assist in keeping the development and workplace a safe environment for all.
  • To positively participate in cross training initiatives as requested by the management with the aim of further developing skills and experience and being able assist other departments when required (i.e.: covering a colleague while away or on break).
