EA/Office Manager Assistant – Luxury Property Firm

My client, a boutique property firm, is responsible for the development and asset management of one of the most historic family-owned estates in West London. My client is searching for an experienced and polished property administrator to assist the Managing Director’s EA/Office Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong administrator to join a progressive and well-renowned property firm with a very strong benefit package.

Reporting to the EA/Office Manager, the EA/Office Manager Assistant’s role will include:

  • Assisting the EA with diary management of the MD – anticipating needs in advance including preparation of meeting rooms, external venues, hotels, flights etc.

  • Assisting the EA with daily administrative duties and streamlining process’s already in place including formatting, data entry (including pivot tables and vlookups), mail merges etc.

  • Maintaining areas of the intranet acting as the database administrator

  • Ensuring all areas of the office are kept replenished and liaising with office suppliers

  • Providing front-of-house cover (lunch and adhoc) – ensuring professionalism at all times.

The successful EA/Office Manager Assistant will have:

  • ADVANCED Microsoft Office Skills – confident using v-lookups, mail merges, PowerPoint, formulas, templates etc. (essential)

  • A polished and professional demeanour

  • At least 2 years practical experience in a supporting role to a senior person/s

  • Secretarial/PA experience including touch typing

  • ICT/Database administration knowledge

  • Ideally experience within a property firm (desired not essential)
