My client is looking for an experienced Events Logistics Manager to assist their Lifestyle Manager with the year round events. The successful candidate will have experience in a commercial property background, having ran successful events in accordance to their client’s strategy. Driving footfall into this development is key to this role. It is important that the candidate knows how to be compliant with all Health and Safety regulations, and how to carry out the safe set up/breakdown of the events.

Essential

  • Events and Project Management experience
  • Strong Organisation and Communication skills
  • Excellent management skills, including budget management
  • Experience with administration and IT
  • Must be a team player
  • Premises Licence holder (or willing to obtain)

The main responsibilities include:

  • Arranging and attending event delivery meetings with Lifestyle Manager
  • Manage all bookings, 3rd party contacts and event contractors to ensure they understand the required standards in relation to events on site
  • Delivering events on time, within the correct budget
  • Manage all logistics involved with each event and liaise with all stakeholders and occupiers to spread awareness of events
  • Manage event’s diary and keep it updated, ensure it is circulated to relevant stakeholders
  • Obtain relevant licenses
  • Work with all relevant departments to ensure smooth operation of events

Property/Commercial experience is a must!
