Front of House/Office Manager

Overview

I am looking for a pro-active Front of House/Office Manager to work with a property construction company based off the Kings Road in Chelsea. This role will require someone who has previous Reception or Front of House experience, as well some administrative skills.

You will need to be approachable, professional and motivated to succeed within this ambitious company.

Location: Chelsea
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 p/a

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing all incoming phone calls and email queries.
  • Liaising with customers over the phone.
  • Ordering supplies for the office such as stationary or refreshments.
  • Carrying out any administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing and booking appointments.
  • Meeting and greeting guests on arrival.
  • Ensuring the reception and meeting rooms are kept organised and tidy.

Key qualities:

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong telephone manner
  • Being organised and efficient with time.
  • Making sure tasks are completed to the highest standard
  • Being able to communicate with the team and ensure everything is running smoothly.
  • Being the first port of call for any issues.
