Onsite Sales Manager – West London

We are actively looking for an onsite Sales Manager in West London to manage a very large regeneration scheme coming up in West London. This is a huge opportunity to work for one of the biggest global agencies in the UK and also represent one of the most highly regarded developers in the industry. This role is also very exciting as you will be the first manager to look after this site and mould a team of consultants under you ready for launch in the summer.

Our client is looking for someone who has previously been a New Homes Sales manager and has ideally been managing onsite. It would also be an added benefit if you know the West London property market.

The Role:

  • Achieve Sales targets
  • Attend meetings to discuss sites performance and discuss strategy
  • Report on weekly sales progress to the client
  • Thorough knowledge of the development and the area
  • Ability to provide market research on the local area and competitors
  • Knowledge of the stages of each unit and sales
  • Keeping purchases regularly up to date and speaking to solicitors and the legal team regularly
  • Knowledge of potential purchasers requirements
  • Ensuring the marketing suite is pristine and kept well presented at all times
  • Following up from Visits
  • Training of junior staff

The Person

  • Must have management experience in new homes site sales
  • Web/email literate
  • Database experience
  • Sales and negotiating experience is crucial
  • Literate and numerate
  • Professional and well presented
  • MUST Know this area of the business
  • Well presented, driven and engaging
  • Awareness of job title and responsibilities within your role
  • Excellent people management experience
