We are currently working on behalf of one of London’s most well-known Estate Agencies to recruit a Head of Core for their top performing office in Notting Hill. You will be working under the Head of Office and a competitive salary and guarantee is being offered for this role.

Our client is seeking an experienced manager and valuer and first class salesperson within the sub £4million market to build this area of sales for the branch. Our client see this as a growing area of the business so they are therefore looking for someone with relevant experience, a proven track record and the ambition to develop and recognise the potential of this opportunity.

The suitable candidate will be highly ambitious, courteous and have impeccable standards for communication and customer service. You will also bring high levels of expertise and experience to your clients, customers and the wider team. Exceptional sales acumen is a given, as is the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Canvassing for new business opportunities and winning new instructions
  • Responding to customer queries and registering new applicants and landlords
  • Assessing and understanding landlords and applicants requirements
  • Arranging and attending viewings
  • Providing thorough and prompt feedback to clients
  • Negotiating offers and closing sales
  • Liaising with all stakeholders within the sales process
  • Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth
  • Providing impeccable customer service

The ideal candidate for this role should:

  • Have a strong property sales background in Prime London locations
  • Have experience in valuing stock and winning instructions
  • Have a proven track record of growing market share
  • Be comfortable working to and exceeding sales targets
  • Have excellent negotiating skills
  • Be committed, confident and composed under pressure
  • Be extremely presentable and articulate
  • Be a team player and build good relationships within the team
  • Be a brand ambassador and represent the company to the highest standards
