Deverell Smith has been instructed by one of London’s largest housing associations to help them find someone with a strong strategic background to join them at a senior level within the sales and marketing team.
The client is exceptionally well known in the Residential Development industry and currently going through rapid growth. They have a vast portfolio covering both London and the Home Counties which consists of both private and affordable housing. They are keen to bring on a Head of Sales that will focus on the sales strategy to work in conjunction with the current team. This person will be managing the Market Research team and have the overall responsibility of ensuring the wider team are performing to achieve set goals and growth plans.
