The company prides themselves on their ability to make strategic partnerships with commercial landlords and local companies, so the successful Head of Operations will play a key role in making this happen. They are looking for a forward thinking superstar who is keen to be part of a creative working environment, leading the opening of brand new spaces, consisting of offices and commercial spaces for leisure and events. You will be collaborating closely with the executive board to help build a first class London team, whilst ensuring a smooth daily operation.
You will also be collaborating with local businesses to utilise space with the aim to provide a vibrant hub of activity for workers and members of the community alike; growing networks and relationships within the buildings and the surrounding area. Project management or general manager experience is essential.
You will be required to recruit and train teams from the ground up, so somebody with strong emotional intelligence, integrity and strong communication skills would flourish in this role.
Just some of the key responsibilities for this fantastic opportunity will include:
Leading the operational set-up of the working lounge concept
Setting the customer experience strategy
Creating a community for their members
Organising events and managing the set-up of space management and customer-facing systems
Owning and continually improving the end to end customer experience for clients, customers and stakeholders
This will suit a commercially astute individual with a minimum of 5 year’s experience in managing events, communities and operations within a co-living or co-working environment.
For the right person they are offering a highly competitive salary anywhere between £100,000 and £130,000 per annum.
