Deverell Smith are currently assisting one of Southern England largest Housing Associations in finding a Home Services Manager to join the Home and Property Services Team. It is an excellent time to join such an amazing company as they are in the process of revolutionising the way they work so they can continue to thrive.
As the Home Serviced Manager, you will own and manage customer and stakeholder relationships, including those with External Agents and Developers, whilst also delivering excellent, innovative mixed tenure landlord services to all customers living in the Greenwich Borough. You will need to provide a brilliant, personalised customer first approach as well as demonstrating a proven commitment in taking ownership, creating innovative resolutions that improve service delivery and most importantly improve customer satisfaction.
