We have an exciting and challenging role, available for an experienced HR Manager/Advisor to assist a well-known and respected property company, based in South West London.
This is a maternity cover contract (6-12 months) and is available to start as soon as possible.
You will be working in a team of five within HR, including Head of HR, HR Lead and three HR Assistants. There are 1200 heads in the business.
This role is crucial to the business and will be responsible for running the team with a strong focus on employment law (grievances, starters & leavers, sickness/absences) and performance management.
This is a Monday to Friday position, 9am – 6pm.
