As a well-established Development Manager, your role will be identifying new affordable development opportunities, negotiating grant funding for affordable / mixed tenure developments and managing schemes through all stages from start to finish.
We are seeking applications from credible Development Managers ideally with housing association / local government experience, although consideration will be given to individuals from private sector organisations who have had exposure to affordable housing development.
